SiteAid accounts are created either when you register your company or when your organisation's administrator invites you — in both cases, you can request deletion of your own account here.
Deleted: your account and sign-in access, your profile and induction details, your notification preferences and your registered devices.
Retained where the law requires: business, financial, safety and compliance records connected to projects you worked on (for example project history, approved forms and health & safety records) that your organisation must keep under statutory, tax, audit or contractual obligations. These stay with your company's data, personal identifiers are minimised where possible, and exactly what was erased versus retained — and why — is recorded on your request and shown below.
